Wartermarble Misconduct

Hi Ladies! (and possibly gentlemen)

I've got some more nail art for you all today! In the future there will probably be more swatching, but right now I've been in a nail art mood so that is what you are getting. :)

Tonights design is a water marble. It took me a while to perfect these, but now that I've figured out what works for me I have a feeling you'll be seeing a lot more manicures like this.

For this manicure I used 2 coats of Orly Miss Conduct from the 2012 Naughty or Nice Holiday Collection. This color is perfection. I plan on buying multiple backup bottles. I may even buy a case. Over Miss Conduct I watermarbled with Cult Nails Nevermore (also amazing, need a couple backup cases of this one) and Sally Hansen Insta Dri in Clearly Quick.

Hey there Storm Chasers!

I know it's late, but I'm up so I figured, why not post this now instead of waiting until tomorrow night. I'm a little tired for much chatter so I'm going to get right to the meat of this post.

Today's manicure is the one I did for Chit Chat Nails and the contest Marta is having. The theme is the Skittlette! If any of you know Marta then you know how much she loves a good Skittlette manicure, so the topic is perfect for her contest. I already send along my entry so I figured, why not share it with you all. :)

Most of the polish I used in this manicure is from Cult Nails (I know, I know, you're shocked.)

Creative Spots

Hi again Storm Chasers!

Hope everyone is doing fine. I'm pretty good today, a little burnout at work, but nothing that can't be helped with a little bit of manicure time when I get home. :) It helps that its absolutely beautiful outside today, around 60 F, even though its December, and Winter, here. Is it unseasonably warm where you are? Or cold if you're in your summer months? I could live at this temperature forever.

On to the polish! I have a beautiful color for you today with a bit of simple nail art added in for good measure. This color is Creative Fantasy from the China Glaze Cirque Du Soleil: World's Away Collection. On top is a simple dot gradient in O.P.I. My Boyfriend Scales Walls, which has quickly become my absolute favorite white polish. I already have a backup bottle and I'm thinking I need a few more just in case.

What's Remaining Behind Closed Doors?

Today I FINALLY have for you the 3 remaining colors from the Cult Nails Behind Closed Doors collection. I know its been a while what with my computer dying and all right after I start a new blog (always the way isn't it?) so if you want to refresh your memory, the first two colors are Afterglow and Bitten.

The first polish today is my personal favorite of the bunch, Coveted.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this color! Deep, rich, jelly green with green shimmer and big shards of green glitter? Its completely me and so rich.

My Laptop The Paperweight

Hi there Storm Chasers!

Sorry for not posting again after my first opening post. I got that one out and then my laptop stopped working properly and now is just a really heavy paperweight that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Of course this screwed up my schedule and I haven't been able to edit photos and what not.

I do have a new computer now, and after doing some tinkering and making some decisions about photo editing software, I am up and running again. I have most of the rest of the Cult Nails Behind Closed Doors collection edited and watermarked and hope to have them up sometime today or tomorrow. After that, I have a bunch of other manicures in the works and while I didnt have a computer with photo editing available until now, I was at least taking photos of my nails for when I did.

Thanks to the few who follow for sticking around, and I hope to have a more concrete schedule soon. I doubt I will post every day, but once I'm up and running you can probably expect around 3 posts a week until I decide I can do more than that.
