Cult Nails - Dance All Night Collection

Hi there Girls and Guys!

I am super excited to show you what I have in store for you all today. As I'm sure you all know, I've been a huge fan of Cult Nails for a long time now. They were the first Indie brand I purchased about a year ago now and have continued to wow me with their colors, stellar formula and exceptional customer service. If I were to suggest a nail lacquer to anyone asking, Cult Nails would be at the top of my list.

So what to do when John and Maria contact me to review their gorgeous upcoming collection? Say yes of course!

The Cult Nails Dance All Night collection consists of 6 high quality lacquers. There are 3 perfect cremes and 3 stunning glitters, that together make one of the most cohesive collections I've seen from any brand, Indie or otherwise. As you probably know about me by now, I gravitate towards cremes while others tend to steer more to the glitters. I'm going to start with the cremes.

Faded is a beautiful light blue leaning gray creme.

*Swoon* This is the polish I didn't know I needed in my collection. Everything about it is perfection. <3

I used 2 flawless coats of Faded over OPI Nail Envy and topped with one coat of Seche Vite for these photos.

I really can't say enough about this color. I need about 10 backup bottles of this one. I can see myself reaching for this color over and over again.

I couldn't have asked more from Faded. It is simply perfection in a bottle.

Talking about perfection... How about Nakizzle's Shizzle?

Not only is the name of this one fabulous, but the color is stunning!

I started with a coat of OPI Nail Envy, then added two easy coats of Nakizzle's Shizzle and one coat of Seche Vite topcoat for this look.

I am once again floored by the fantastic formula of all Cult Nails cremes. They go on easy and dry fast and look flawless.

This bright blue creme is another polish I can see myself reaching for a lot. Its just so cheery and bright. And it goes so well with faded! I can see some blue and gray nail art in the near future. ;)

The last creme is another stunner. Love at 1st Sight is a beautiful purple creme.

What can I say, yet another flawless creme that is gorgeous on the nail.

Two coats of Love at 1st Sight over OPI Nail Envy and topped with Seche Vite topcoat is what I used for these photographs. The formula was great as usual and I loved it even more on my nails than in the bottle.

If you love purple then this color is a must have in your collection. I was actually looking for something close to this a couple months ago and couldn't find one I loved. Now I know why, I was waiting for this ;)

Are you ready for some bling?? Next up are the three glitters from the collection!

First is Dance All Night, the collections namesake.

I used one coat of Dance All Night plus some dabbing over my mani of Faded for this look. I topped it with a coat of Seche Vite.

The glitter payout was fantastic, though I did have to place them a little bit. I do want to give a heads up that there is a bit of reflective curling in this glitter, but on the nail it really isn't noticeable and they do lay flat.

There have been a lot of blue/green glitters out the last year or so, but this one adds in some bright orange micro glitter and some shifting shimmer to make it one of a kind. If you love blue and green then be sure to pick this one up!

Next is Center of Attention, a pink and shifting glitter combo.

I was going to swatch this over black, but I tried it over Love at 1st Sight and loved it so much that I decided to skip the black. <3<3<3

I'm so glad I skipped the black. I love this combo so much. This is ONE COAT of Center of Attention. Let me repeat ONE COAT gave me allll this glitter. Again I say <3

This glitter is going to look great over a lot of colors and I can't wait to try every single one of them.

Last, but certainly not least is the color I was most looking forward to from this collection. I present Walk of Shame.

Walk of Shame does not disappoint! I am IN LOVE with this color! I want to put this over every color I own. The sparkle is wicked!

I loved this look so much that I wore it out the next day. I got so manycompliments on how much it sparkles. Once again this is one coat of Walk of Shame over one coat of Cult Nails Nevermore (a black creme.) The photos really don't do this one justice.

The next photo is a bit dark and maybe not the best photo, but I wanted to show you all the scattered holo glitter sparkle.

See what I mean?? I took a video of it sparkling, but I couldn't figure out how to edit it so I'm not going to post it, but trust me, its like diamonds on your nails. *swoon*
\

Walk of Shame is easily my favorite glitter in the collection. I'll be buying a backup of this one as well.

So if we're keeping score, my picks from this collection are... all of them. But my top 3 are, in order, Faded, Nakizzle's Shizzle and Walk of Shame.

  2. Amazing swatches! As always, your swatches are drop dead gorgeous. Reading your review made the wait for my pre-ordered set even more difficult!

A note to the Nail Polish Fairy, if you're reading this: can I have it arrive ASAP if possible lol I am dying over here just by looking at your pictures!!!

I'm looking forward to the cremes from this collection the most. I find myself loving the cremes that Cult Nails has to offer because I know they won't disappoint. Their formula is one of the best and this is coming from someone whose polish collection is in four digits. I'm slightly bummed about the reflective glitter in Dance All Night. Glitter placement doesn't always make me happy. Fortunately, according to you - it lays flat so it's still workable.

Ah I can't wait to get my hands on these beauties!

They are truly worth the wait. I will let the Nail Polish Fairy know you're waiting for them ;)

These cremes are amazing. I don't know why I bother with other brands honestly. Oh wait, cause I'm a polish addict. LOL
