Red Like A China Doll

I told you I'd be back with a post today! Lets get right to it, shall we?

I have a couple gorgeous reds for you from China Glaze. The first is on the newer side and the second is part of the permanent collection. Up first is my favorite of the cream shades from the Cirque du Soleil Worlds Away collection, Igniting Love. Its a bright tomato red that shines like no other and goes on flawlessly.

Gaaaaaahhhh!! Its SOO pretty!!

I'm Sorry, So Sorry

Ahhhhh!

Now that that's out, I'd like to say I'm so sorry.

When I started this blog I vowed never to just disappear and I feel like that is what I have done. If you follow me on Instagram you know that I've continued to post there, but I haven't been updating here.

Happy Birthday Cupcake Glitter Daze!

Hi Storm Chasers!

I have a wonderful Limited Edition polish for you today by Glitter Daze!

Sana from Glitter Daze contacted me a couple weeks ago to asked if I'd like to participate in swatching their Limited Edition Birthday polish! This polish, appropriately named Birthday Cupcake will only be available from Today, Feb 7th until March 7th. That's it.

Birthday Cupcake is a soft, girly shade that I think a lot of you will really enjoy. Here is the description from the Glitter Daze site:

Birthday Cupcake is a very special Limited Edition polish that was created to mark the occasion of our first birthday! It is a milky white based polish loaded with iridescent shimmer and glitter as well as multisized light pink satin glitter, holographic violet shards, and holographic silver stars. Very soft, feminine, and perfect for spring; this polish is a celebration in a bottle! Layer one coat over any base color to add some pop to your manicure, or layer three coats of Birthday Cupcake on its own to reach opacity!

I really enjoyed swatching this one, and I'm sure you all want photos, so here you go!

Isn't it pretty? Keep reading for more photos and information about my swatches!

Scooby POP!

Hi Again!

I'm back with the Sindie POP! Lacquer Scooby Doo! Collection. :) This collection is Limited Edition and is available starting today!

I didn't really watch Scooby Doo growing up (I was a scaredy cat, honestly) but my girlfriend absolutely LOVES Scooby Doo so I was really excited to get this collection. Even though I didn't watch the show, I know all the characters and these glitters really do a great job of capturing each character.

Lets get right to the swatches shall we? Up first is the glitter based on Velma. The few times I watched the show, Velma was always my favorite. She reminds me the most of myself.

This glitter is so pretty. The colors are all from Velma's clothing in maroon and burnt orange and golds. By itself the colors look like fall leaves. I'll definitely be doing some type of fall manicure with this one next autumn.

A POP! of Color

Hi Storm Chasers!

I have a special review for you all today. I was approached by Jessica, the owner of Sindie POP! Lacquer. I didn't have any polish by Sindie POP! at the time, but I'd seen them around and knew they were beautiful, so I took the plunge.

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw what she had sent me. Her brand new Scooby Doo! collection consisting of 5 glitter polishes and two new polishes from her core line. These are stunning and I just couldn't stop looking at them, even just in the bottle. This is a woman who knows how to put glitter together.

First up are the two core lacquers from the Sindie POP! line. One of these is a stunning black jelly and glitter polish and the other is a shimmery duochrome. The jelly is called El Coraz√≥n Testigo and it is easily my favorite polish that was sent to me. Let me show you why.

Wow wow wow!! This polish is a complete stunner. Deep black jelly with small, medium and large red and royal blue hexes just bursting thrugh it. Yummy. Come see more...

I'm a Polish Addict, an 80's Baby and a Gossip Girl

Hi There Storm Chasers!

I'm here with another indie polish review for you. I've got two shades to show you from the new collection from Polish Addict that just released TODAY and man are they pretty! These are jam packed with chunky glitter in just about every shape, size and color. When people say glitter bomb this is what they are talking about. Wanna see? Of course you do!

First up is Polish Addict 80's Baby, which is a slightly green tinted base with multi colored, shaped and sized glitter. I wasn't sure I'd like this one til I layered it over Milani Black Swift and Lime Crime Pastelchio and then WOW!

I'm so in love. Its beautiful. Are you in love too? Check out the photos after the break.
