Chick Pick Polish | On The Brink Pink

I have both a swatch of a polish from a new to me brand and some nail art for you all today!

When I was asked about doing some swatches and reviews for Chick Pick Polish I jumped at the chance since I'd been wanting to try some of their beautiful matte lacquers. When I got my super colorful swatcher package I was not disappointed. The entire Spring Fling collection are these beautiful shimmer matte lacquers in bright colors of the rainbow. Today I have for you the pink from that collection and a little spring nail art to go along with it.

This is On The Brink Pink.

On The Brink Pink is a gorgeous pink with tons of shimmer that dries to a beautiful velvety matte finish.

I used two easy coats for opacity and had no problems with the formula of this lacquer. Sometimes matte lacquers can streak or drag, but I didn't have that issue here. I do recommend you work quickly and don't go over the same spot too many times as this lacquer dries fast.

I felt like some fun spring nail art was in order to go with this color so I added some dots using the dotting tool on the end of my Jolie Polish brush and some messy flowers using the side of the brush.

The white I used here is OPI Alpine Snow and the orange centers of the flowers is the orange from the Chick Pick Polish spring collection, Marma - Laid.

I wanted to show you all this lacquer shiny, so I added some topcoat to the whole look afterwards. In the light it really sparkles.

I really love this shade and can't wait to show you more from this collection!

Do you have any matte lacquers? Which color from the Spring Fling collection would you like to see next?

You can find this, the rest of the Spring Fling Collection and more Chick Pick Polishes in their shop over here. Make sure to follow them on social media for news about new collections, sales and to see more swatches!

Have a wonderful day!
