Chick Pick Polish | Blue So Fine and Let Me Violet You

Today it is past time for more Chick Pick Polish goodness!

I've had these swatches done for a while but have been a bit behind in posting. These are from the same Spring Fling collection I reviewed here, here and here. All of these bright shades have a shimmery matte finish. It is really quite gorgeous.

First up is Blue So Fine.

Blue So Fine is a beautiful bright blue shimmer lacquer with a smooth matte finish.

I love this shade so much and it applied really well. I used three coats of Blue So Fine with no topcoat for these images.

After this mani dried I decided to add some subtle stamping. I did a gradient stamp using a couple Lime Crime lacquers and a Born Pretty Store plate. It came out super subtle, but I really liked how it looked anyway.

I'll definitely have to use this plate again with a less subtle polish, but I do think the lacey pattern works well this way.

The second polish I have today is Let Me Violet You.

Let Me Violet You is another shimmery matte lacquer, but it is a little more sheer than the others. The color runs to the blue end of the purple spectrum.

As a lover of all things purple I give this lacquer my stamp of approval. I love the subtle shimmer and the matte finish a lot. I used three coats of Let Me Violet You with no topcoat for these images.

I knew I wanted to add something aqua to this cause purple and teal/aqua are my favorites. I started the nail art off by taping off some deep v's.

I used a makeup sponge to do a gradient over the tape using Nvr Enuff Polish Fantasy and Floss Gloss Wave Pool. This is what was left after I peeled back the tape!

Once the v's were mostly dry I added a thick layer of topcoat to seal it all in and make it glossy.

So what do you think? So far I have been really impressed with the Chick Pick Polish colors I have used. I'm super excited to keep trying them out and sharing them all with you.

You can find this, the rest of the Spring Fling Collection and more Chick Pick Polishes in their shop over here. Make sure to follow them on social media for news about new collections, sales and to see more swatches!

Have a wonderful day!
