Nail Art | #lovewins

I have been waiting for this day for a long time. And I have been holding on to this nail art for a couple months.

Today the Supreme Court ruled in favor of legalizing gay marriage nationally in the US. While it has been legal here in Massachusetts for quite some time now, the emotional reaction I have had from this historic day has left me in tears on and off all day. The outpouring of kindness and love and hope from my social media feeds is amazing.

I have been dating my beautiful girlfriend for almost 7 years now and to know that no matter where we live now, if we decide we want to choose marriage we can do that is a feeling like no other.

So I am sharing this rainbow manicure with you all today to commemorate this wonderful decision.

I started this nail art out with a couple coats of Digital Nails Supernova, an amazingly holo silver glitter bomb.

After the glitter was dry I used the four Polish Pusher Sheer Perfection lacquers to paint on a rainbow just using the polish brushes and overlapping the colors on my nails.

I finished this super easy nail art off with a coat of super shiny topcoat to seal it all in and make it sparkle.
